Thoughtful, integrative support for women navigating rupture, burnout, identity shifts, self-trust, divorce, single motherhood, and the raw, sacred work of finding their way back to themselves.

Whether you are moving through a major life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply sensing that something no longer fits, this work offers a space to slow down, listen differently, and begin rebuilding trust in yourself.

Work With Me

1:1 Depth Work

Personalized Support for the Work of Returning to Yourself

One-on-one sessions are designed for women navigating periods of rupture, burnout, grief, self-abandonment, identity shifts, relational challenges, divorce, or major life transition.

Many of the women who arrive here are insightful, capable, and deeply self-aware. They often know something feels off—but still find themselves overriding their instincts, carrying too much, or struggling to trust what they know.

This work is collaborative, relational, and body-informed.

Together, we slow down enough to notice what has been overridden, explore patterns with compassion and honesty, reconnect with intuition and inner authority, and create space for change that feels more embodied, coherent, and sustainable.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Areas we may explore include:

  • Rebuilding self-trust & inner authority

  • Burnout, overwhelm & over-functioning

  • Divorce, rupture & life transitions

  • Identity shifts & feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Boundaries, relationships & emotional patterns

  • Nervous system awareness & embodiment

  • Grief, meaning-making & personal transformation

Workshops

Experiential Spaces for Reflection, Embodiment & Growth

Workshops offer opportunities to explore themes of self-trust, embodiment, relational patterns, identity, nervous system awareness, and meaningful life transition in a thoughtful, supportive environment utilizing the power of collective witnessing.

These spaces blend reflection, psychoeducation, embodied practice, and honest conversation—creating room for insight that feels lived rather than merely understood.

Groups

Supportive Spaces for Women in Transition

Group offerings are currently in development and will prioritize emotional honesty, thoughtful reflection, relational support, and the slow rebuilding of trust in yourself.

You do not have to navigate this season alone.

If something no longer fits, if you are exhausted from carrying too much, or if you are trying to find your way back to yourself, this work may offer a place to begin.
